Home Grown Cocktails Long Drinks Vanilla Pie - Cariel vanilla vodka, Briottet crème de mûre, vanilla syrup, blackberry purée and apple juice. Paparazzi - Pinky vodka, pomegranate syrup, lemon wedges and fresh mint laced with Fragoli raspberry liqueur. Bondi Bitch - Finlandia cranberry vodka, muddled blueberries, Briottet crème de mûre, lime juice and pineapple juice. Coconilla - Koko Kanu, Cariel vanilla vodka, coconut syrup and strawberry purée shaken with pineapple juice. Chinese Collins - Wokka Saki, Grand Marnier, kumquats, lime juice and fresh mint.
Short Drinks Sopranos - Havana rum, Passoã, Briottet framboise shaken with raspberry purée and passion fruit juice. The Pink Panther - Martell VS cognac, organic honey and fresh watermelon. Gin Punch- Seagram’s gin and pineapple juice shaken with fresh lemon and sugar, laced with Briottet fraise liqueur. El Mariachi - El Jimador tequila, fresh oranges, passion fruit purée and sugar. Señor Castro- Havana Club 7, Briottet framboise, fresh raspberries and pineapple juice.
Martinis Apple and Honey Polska – Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka shaken with apple schnapps, organic honey and apple juice. Archibald – Wyborowa vodka, Briottet peach liqueur, fresh lime and pomegranate juice. Flaming Rocket – El Jimador tequila and Briottet crème de cacao shaken with muddled fresh raspberries and chilli. Brazilian Berries - Sagatiba cachaça, Absolut Rasberri, fresh lime and fresh raspberries. Kama Sutra – Tanqueray gin and Briottet peach liqueur shaken with muddled apple and pineapple juice. Kentucky Manhattan - Buffalo Trace bourbon, Martini Rosso, cacao and fresh lime.
Classic Cocktails Dark ‘n Stormy - Mount Gay rum, lime juice and Angostura bitters topped up with ginger ale. Cosmopolitan - Absolut Citron vodka, Cointreau, fresh lime and cranberry juice. Caipirinha - Cachaça, brown sugar and muddled lime wedges. Also available as Caipirovska, with Wyborowa, or Caipirissima, with Mount Gay rum. Margarita - El Jimador tequila, Triple sec and fresh lime. Available frozen, shaken and flavoured . Classic Martini - Seagram’s gin or Wyborowa vodka, shaken or stirred, with a twist or with olives. French Martini - Wyborowa vodka, Chambord liqueur and pineapple juice. Mojito - Havana Club Especial, fresh mint, lime and sugar. Tennesse Rush - Jack Daniel’s whiskey, Grand Marnier, lime juice and sugar. Shaken with cranberry juice. Negroni - Seagram’s gin, Campari and Martini Rosso all stirred together. Ultimate refreshment. Mai Tai - Havana Club Especial rum, Captain Morgan dark rum, Orange Curaçao, orgeat syrup and pineapple juice. Amaretto Sour - Amaretto liqueur, fresh lime, sugar and Angostura bitters. Gimlet - Bombay Sapphire gin and Rose’s lime cordial shaken together. Tom Collins - Seagram’s gin, fresh sours and sugar blended together with tonic water. Lychee Martini - Hendrick’s gin, lychee purée and Briottet rose liqueur.

Premium Martinis - Your choice of premium gin or vodka. Served shaken or stirred, with an olive or a lemon twist. Tiramisù - Wyborowa vodka and Patrón XO café shaken with vanilla syrup and espresso coffee. Fiery Old Fashioned - Appleton VX rum, fresh ginger, sugar, Angostura bitters stirred with orange zest.
House Champagne Cocktails Bellini - Classic bellini. Please ask at the bar for your preference; strawberry, peach, raspberry or pear flavour. Cornuto - Frangoli raspberry liqueur and Pinky vodka enriched with Mumm Champagne. Bittersweet Symphony - Campari, cranberry juice, passion fruit purée, sugar and Mumm Champagne. Millionaire’s Mojito - Element 8 Gold rum, fresh lime juice, sugar and fresh mint. Topped up with Mumm Champagne. Classic Champagne Cocktail - Angostura soaked sugar cube, Rémy Martin cognac, topped up with Mumm Champagne.
